About me:
Born and raised in Montreal, I have lived in Vancouver for over 20 years. I’ve been active in real estate development and marketing since 2002. I have also acquired, and renovated or redeveloped many properties, mostly on the west side of Vancouver. In another life I produced film and television programs for Canadian, US and international audiences. I have successfully negotiated countless contracts, managed complex projects, and been responsible for satisfying clients, partners, staff and suppliers.
I understand the importance of good marketing materials, great presentation, and crafting a compelling story around properties for sale. I also know first hand of the challenges of finding and purchasing your perfect home and can successfully guide you through that process with a minimum of stress. I’m a good listener and will always put your interests first. I believe in building relationships for life, maintaining a calm, clear perspective, and treating people fairly and with grace.
I live in the Douglas Park area of Vancouver in a 1915 character house with my beautiful wife and daughters. I love living in the heart of the city and believe the best way to stay healthy and sane is to have a good belly laugh at least once day.
